Nice holiday home by the Sea and 1 hour drive from Stavanger. Enjoy your own private jetty with boat house and Beach. Property of over 8000 Sq. meters and fantastic garden. The Jetty and Beach is located 200 meters from the house and down a hill. Plenty of room for one or more families. Great area for fishing trips and I have boat for rent. Location good for taking hikes, experiencing nature or just relaxing in the garden or by the Sea. In the garden is also an old "Eldhus" which is over 100 yrs

Nyt livet med landliv på sørvestlandet. Koselig, gammelt, renovert feriehus med fin beliggenhet nær elv, ferskvann, Årdalsfjorden og den lakseførende Årdalselva. Deilig bad&kjøkken. Nærmeste nabo er Årdal gamle kirke,– en av de mest særpregede renessansekirkene i landet. Utsikt over vann og fjell. Gode fiske- og bademuligheter i vannet, og godt sjøfiske. Fine forhold for barn. Kort vei til flotte turterreng, og ikke langt til Preikestolen. 2 km til båthavn i saltvann ca 500 meter til fersktvann.

Welcome to our beautiful family cabin by the sea! This charming cabin offers a perfect vacation experience for families and friends seeking tranquility and relaxation in stunning scenic surroundings. With its waterfront location, the cabin has access to a private dock and fantastic swimming opportunities. Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Cooking a meal takes place on a large BBQ and gas ring in the garden. Garden furniture. The bathroom & toilet are not in the same building as the bedroom, 30 seconds walk in the main building. Parking space near accommodation. 3 comfortable single beds, electric heating if necessary. Peaceful.
