Welcome to SaltHouse, a minimalistic modern beach retreat nestled amongst the dunes and striking coastal banksias of Surf Beach Phillip Island. Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

No shared areas.

The house has free unlimited internet, a great covered deck with BBQ and a large fully fenced backyard.

Oakstone Estate is a secluded rural 3 acre property situated in the heart of Mornington, 60 minutes drive from Melbourne. Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

Here for the seaside? You’re a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach.

The Bunga

"The Bunga", short for bungalow is a two story dwelling built from local stone and inspired by the stone houses of France. Located in the small coastal town of Shoreham, adjacent to a park, it is close to the beach, wineries, restaurants, cafes and other attractions. Guests have access to one bedroom with ensuite and have the entire building to themselves.

Quirky two bedroom Nissan Hut conversion set amongst the tee trees and driftwood, just a 2 minute walk along a sandy track to Balnarring Beach. Wood fire heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor deck and BBQ, indoor/outdoor shower, towels and linen provided. NO Wifi encourages guests to get outdoors and explore the surrounding area.

The studio is at one end of the main house and has its own separate driveway, entrance and courtyard. Recently renovated, the space is fresh and clean and comfortable. A Lovely lounge area with a wood fire, and great views of the trees, generous king size bed, dining area adjoining a well equipped Kitchen.
