Cool Designer Apartment with Stunning Retro Details

**Only handheld photography or videography allowed: NO tripods please, they scratch the floor** -The large windows look out over a tamarind tree-lined street and across to French colonial-era architecture just steps from the heart of Vietnam’s most vibrant city. - Stay in my apartment that is on the 3rd floor ( no elevator ), in a quiet clean neighborhood. - The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2. - One Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. - An Android TV 55 inches with a nice speaker system brings you good ambience for films or to relax by music at night. Chromecast and Apple TV 4K are available for your use. - A iMac 22 inch is available for you to search information with the highspeed internet. - The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea and kitchen appliances to allow for home cooked meals with dishes, plates, knives , forks.. - A wash/dry machine also ready. Transportation to my place: - Taxi: from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you take a taxi to Nguyen Hue Street (downtown district 1, HCM City) and you are 1 minute away from my place. - The Building of " 90 Nguyễn Huệ street " to my place is full of boutique coffee shops and arts galleries. Take your time to enjoy some essences of the city. - Bus: if you consider using public buses, proceed to Bus 109 and arrive at Ben Thanh Station then it’s about 5 minutes walking to my place. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage. I have been working in F&B industry and a freelance photographer for years in HCM City; thus feel free to talk to me or let’s hang out in a café to discuss about the local cuisines, fine arts, photography in the likely event that you may be interested. Co Fi Tropi - Quiet & Safe apt @ Ben Thanh market!

Co Fi Tropi - Local house mixing styles right in the heart of Saigon. The house was designed by Mr. Phong who is one of founders. Phong puts all of his passion into the house with a simple philosophy: boutique and functional. You can enjoy our homestay with 25 sqm room which is located in an old local apartment built on 1975 and very close to the Ben Thanh market (05-min walk). Our house can accommodate up to 04 adls and 01 chld so that it's very ideal for a family trip. Let 's come and enjoy!!!

A few minute walk from 109 airport bus, Ben Thanh Market, and Museum of Arts. Local food stalls are just around the corners. Stay&Chill | S.3: Mystique studio nearby Bui Vien

This loft is in the building that built up from the colonial period (on the 3rd floor same as S.1 & S.2) . Its design is inspired by the old Vietnamese features with rusticity that brings comfortable and cozy feelings. This studio has a great view from balcony so that you can have chillin time at night. Besides, this place is very close to all the insanity of backpacker area ( Pham Ngu Lao -Bui Vien street), but far enough away that you don't stay up all night from the noise

Our TINY HOME Apartment is located right smack in the city center. 5min from Ben Thanh, 1 minute from Starbucks and plenty of street food stalls scattered nearby, while having a 40 inch TV with Android TV and Premium Netflix, Spotify Premium, Powerful 2.1 soundbar,... Our apartment is in an old pre-war American built building but it is 100% safe. As of 1st Feb 2023, we have installed adequate sound proofing.
