Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Rosetta Heights is a uniquely located contemporary townhouse with spectacular views of MONA and the River Derwent. The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
