Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.
