Salamanca Getaway Battery Point is a recently renovated apartment and offers a stylish experience in this centrally located area. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Hobart's Salamanca Place, Hobart waterfront, and Hobart CBD. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has a stove top. A bedroom ceiling fan has been installed. As the apartment is over 2 levels, please consider this if you have mobility issues.

A highlight is the collection of birdlife watercolour paintings by the acclaimed Australian artist, Robert Ulmann. Single storey, with walk-in shower, full kitchen, laundry and no stairs will make it an ideal choice for many visitors. There is off street parking and a colorful courtyard garden outdoors.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.
