From all the luxuries of a super king size bed to a 75 inch tv with Foxtel included it will have you feeling very comfy sitting on the soft reclining sofa... With the popular Black Fig grocer/cafe just 30 second drive down the road. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to cook a feast. We hope you enjoy! Also, please note there is parking facilities directly outside the entrance of the apartment.

The space is a separate dwelling looking onto a beautiful garden. It is set in a peaceful neighbourhood and is a short walk to local parks, cafes, and restaurants. Jan's studio lies at the foot of kunanyi/Mount Wellington, and is less than 3 km to Hobart and Salamanca, with its popular Saturday market.

Best to arrive by car IF THERE ARE 4 GUESTS OR MORE WE OPEN UP THE SECONDARY BEDROOM/LIVING SPACE, BUT IF 3 OR LESS THERE IS THE MAIN BEDROOM AND A COMFY PULLOUT COUCH IN THE MAIN LOUNGE AREA. Just up the street there is a lovely short walk to Mount nelson lookout.
