HORSE FARM Retreat, Newer Built Private Guesthouse

Escape to our private guesthouse located in our peaceful but lively 7-acre farm with our family of horses, ponies, Guinea hens, ducks, roosters, chickens, bunnies, cats, & very lovable dogs. Enjoy grabbing fresh eggs, giving animals treats, puppies belly rubs, grilling, making s’mores at the fire pit, and enjoying the farm life! Welcome to Gemini Place, a cool, quiet 2/2 filled with an easy charm. This solid 1,100- sq. ft house is in the heart of old Tarpon and is a perfect, simple escape for a few days, a few weeks or longer. The north-facing house sits on a one-way brick street and is an easy walk to everything in this quaint, Greek-flavored town. We are close to some of the best beaches in the U.S. We're pet friendly but do have restrictions and a fee that is determined by several factors. Please inquire.

Hudson is the best kept secret in Florida. This 2/2 is located just 200 yards from the Gulf of Mexico in the beautiful Sea Pines development. This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

1. Cotee River Tiki Hut

Private bungalow on the Cotee River with a dock. Boat, bicycle and golf cart rentals are close. Located 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.
