No children due to safety issues.

Includes 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, set of twin bunk beds, and pull out couch. 1500 square feet provides lots of room to spread out! Keyless entry, two fridges, washer and dryer, grill, and dishwasher give you everything you need to enjoy your getaway! Bags, ladder ball, wiffle ball, and frisbee along with indoor games provided.

Completely separate levels in the Chateau Cottage with lots of parking. The Chateau Ground Floor is two bedrooms (King and Queen) and 2 bath (King bath also has jacuzzi tub). Large screen T.V.s, Highspeed WiFi, Gourmet Kitchen, Queen size futon sofa. Industrial Farmhouse Decor with high-end bedding. Multiple outdoor gathering areas, brook running beneath the front deck. A 30' waterfall is on property with a coffee seating and firepit. Just two minutes walking distance to the downtown shops

Beautiful condo with spacious floor plan. Gorgeous views of lake and pool from the covered deck. 75 yards from the water and boat ramp access. Cozy furnishings and very clean for a comfortable stay. Amazing hiking and scenery nearby at Dogwood Canyon. 5 min from boat/jet ski rentals or boat slip rental at Baxter Marina. Unfortunately, there is no boat slip or dock to use at the condo. *Pool is seasonal (June - August)

If you are looking for some seclusion and solitude away from the city - this is your place! Extremely clean, comfortable bed, kitchen fully stocked with cookware/ utensils/ appliances, tv with DVD player /DVDs, high speed internet and work area - the list goes on!
