Custom built private cabin in the countryside and not even a mile to the village. The cabin is three total floors including a walk out basement with more space for gear and pets and a fenced in backyard for dogs. Large bonfire pit with plenty of outdoor furniture and a 7 person outdoor hot tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with an open concept floor plan. Short driveway off of a paved road, huge wrap around deck and gorgeous views. Very closeto resorts and a two minute drive to the village

Our cabins offer breathtaking mountain views which you can enjoy from a fully furnished porch. Inside, you'll have a queen sized bed, two twin sized beds, and a convertible futon. A fully furnished kitchenette and a full bathroom with a warm shower. Outside you'll find a charcoal grill and fire pit to use at your convenience. Take advantage of many attractions, These include Allegany State Park, Allegany Seneca Gaming and Casino, as well as Ellicotville's Holiday Valley Golfing and Ski Resort.

Dry (no internal plumbing) cabin on thirteen acres of private woods with a lake view. Electric, Internet, jug water, rv toilet and outhouse. Peaceful yet only 3 miles from all of the action of Holiday Valley with year round activities and the village Ellicottville with great food and nightlife. Surrounded by nature, it's the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of adventure. Cozy up to the wood stove in winter after skiing or walk the woods in summer. *Note: outhouse and porty potty, no shower*

30 minutes from Highmark Stadium! 10 minutes from the RT 219 Springville Entrance/Exit. 22 minutes to Kissing Bridge Ski Resort. 32 minutes to Ellicottville, NY. The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.
