This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.
