Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge w/private beach & 66' of Wabasis Lake shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat (no license needed if over 30), 2 kayaks & private dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a private, sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides complete privacy and ample access to nature.

All guests must be 21 or older! Beautifully appointed craftsmanship makes for a luxurious vibe in our houseboat named "RowShell". Clean and pristine, she's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and morning coffee from the deck. Spring-fed, super clean Big Fish Lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.
