Our community is nestled in the piney woods of Northeast Texas boasting many amenities providing 24-hour on-site security services. One of our most prized amenities is our 18-hole Leon Howard-designed golf course complete with putting green, driving range & Pro Shop. Enjoy the slow, quiet streets and paths and amenities such as lakes, fishing (no fishing license needed), golf, tennis, pickleball, & pool. A good place for quiet nature lovers.

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

We are here often so our home has everything you need to relax or adventure non-stop. The main house sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. We have a separate Bunkhouse located above the garage that can be added to your stay. Just ask! We are 1 minute from the lake, pickleball courts, pool, hiking trails, mini golf, playground, and frisbee golf!
