Bike, fish, kayak, paddle, run, skateboard, walk to UNCW. Observe tidal events, watch animals & birds, chill, relax, go surf, practice yoga on deck, pier & grass! Fully updated in 2021, it has all the necessities for a fun filled stay in the SE coast of North Carolina. It is also a rocks throw from the infamous skate barn Skateboard park, yet insulated well so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. A great place to let kids enjoy the outdoors and give parents a relaxing spot to unwind.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
