The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

This is a Private Guest Suite for SOLO TRAVELERS ONLY with a refreshingly modern decoration inside of my house located upstairs. It features a Private Entrance accessed through my Backyard and an En-Suite Bathroom designed with a relaxing touch of rustic river rock. Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

We are 40 min from Downtown Atlanta, 15 min from Lakepoint Sports Complex, great for baseball families, an easy drive to Lake Allatoona, and toTruist Park, home of Atlanta Braves. You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Horse Pasture Garden Cottage

Nestled in the middle of a beautiful perennial shade garden, our snug and cozy studio cottage overlooks a horse pasture. Serene view from queen bed looks out onto screened back porch and horse pasture beyond. A very special, quiet, and convenient location to explore from, stay for business, or enjoy as a private getaway. Convenient to all of Atlanta and the North Georgia mountains as well as many restaurants and wonderful places nearby.

Rustic Styled Private Suite, Child Friendly, Pool

Enjoy your stay at the most unique place around. You will enjoy a unique mix of industrial and rustic decor. Our inground backyard pool is available from May 15th to mid September. Yes, you can have visitors, your aunt, uncle, or grandchildren are welcome to sleep over. This is a family place and we hope you will gather here with your friends and loved ones! Pets considered, please ask! p.s. we have turkeys and chickens.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 5 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and goats born this past Jan!

The Sweet Tiny House on Milton Mountain

In Milton, close to upscale dining and shopping. Relax in a peaceful, quiet setting. Completely remodeled with a beautiful view of a forest in a suburban setting. This sweet tiny house has a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, work station shared with a dining space, dishes, silverware and coffee maker. On evenings and early mornings deer can be seen.
