This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our Shepherd's Hut provides an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Luxury Norfolk Cottage

Unwind at this quintessential and immaculately presented two bedroom cottage enjoying a tranquil and secluded setting. 1 Reading Room Cottages is beautifully decorated throughout with exceptional attention to detail. This charming cottage features a stunning inglenook fireplace housing a wood-burning stove making it a dreamy space in winter months. Whilst double doors leading to the outside dining terrace with a delightful south-facing garden makes for excellent versatility in the summer.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Cosy dog friendly home in Holt

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Cosy Cottage, Dog friendly, Holt

Take a break and unwind at this wonderful cottage. Canister Hall is tucked away in a truly special location and is believed to have been built in the early 1800's. Situated down a quiet loke, away from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful market town of Holt is our comfortable and charming cottage. There is an allocated parking space short walk away. ******** Please note: The cottage has a very steep and narrow staircase which would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues ********

Tickers - Cottage in Cley, Norfolk

Our home away from home, we have lovingly restored to relax and make memories to treasure during your stay. Come and stay at Tickers to blow the cobwebs away, enjoy the amazing scenery, delicious food and coastal path walks which are accessed from the back door! Relax with our roaring log burner or a bath to soak in after a long day on the beach. Small enclosed gardens to front and rear of the property. Off street parking is available behind the house on a first come first served basis.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

Carpenters Yard is a stylish boutique detached cottage in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The Old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
