Garden/Mountain View Retreat on Bainbridge Island

Enjoy garden & mountain views from the "Hummingbird Haven," our bright and comfortable work-friendly, ground-level suite - the perfect island getaway or launching point for adventures on Bainbridge and beyond. The 2-room, non-smoking space has its own entrance and patio, a king-size bed, full bath, and roomy living area with fireplace, MCM furnishings and a wet bar. Owners live upstairs. Located just a short drive from ferries and the Olympic Peninsula.

" Captain's Quarters", at Sylvanrude, Lakebay WA

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Bluff Suite 2 - Come to the beach!

Located on three acres with great views of the Hood Canal from the kitchen/dining area. Includes refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pot, and barbecue. Short walk through the yard to the beach. Guests may bring their watercraft or use our four kayaks, row boat or pedal boat. Please return where you found it, so the tide doesn't take it away. Discovery Way Waterview

Discovery Way on Diamond Point offers an inspiring water view on a bluff overlooking Discovery Bay. Eagles fly by at eye level. Deer may wander by the picture windows. This quiet hideaway has a pleasant solitude. Beach walks, trail hikes, kayaking and biking are easily accessed. This daylight basement apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay. A variety of stores are available in Sequim , which is 14 miles west , and Port Townsend , which is 23 miles east .

Here on Miami Beach, or "my yummy beach" as a certain three-year-old once called it, you will have front-row seats to the grandeur of the Hood Canal where the Olympic Mountains rise majestically from the depths of the sea. Our unique cottage resort is situated right on the water's edge. Cottage #2 is the middle of three attached units. The hot tub is outside of Cottage #1 and is shared among all three units.
