Unwind by the cozy fire, relax in the hot tub or soak up the soothing sounds from the nearby Sandy River. Skiing/snowshoeing/mountain biking/kayaking/waterfalls... a perfect mix of adventure and tranquility.

Beautiful lodge near the heart of everything Mt Hood has to offer. This home is cozy for a romantic getaway but also spacious for a group of 6. The back deck, with its hot tub, firepit and gas grill, is the ideal spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the forest views. Home is a very short walk to the Sandy river. Our incredible homestead nestled in the woods is the perfect place to make memories. Make it a getaway in the Gorge. Step outside for a walk in the woods or along the river where peace and beauty will surround you. Trails and rivers are all in the backyard! Take an authentic Finnish wood fired sauna with hot water and cold plunge (add as an extra) or gaze at the grand stone fireplace after watching the salmon spawning on the river. Possibilities for local recreation in the gorge also abound.

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.
