Skiing/snowshoeing/mountain biking/kayaking/waterfalls... a perfect mix of adventure and tranquility.

Blackbird Cottage on Carson Creek - Entire Suite

Beautiful inside and out, Blackbird Cottage is located on 9 wooded acres. You'll have the entire second floor which includes a separate entrance, kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and deck with picnic table and grill. There are 3 queen beds and a twin bed, sleeping 7, plus a twin air mattresses if you want to get cozy. Explore the garden with goldfish & koi ponds, 1100' of creek, 2 waterfalls, & picnic area. Owner lives downstairs. No animals allowed (allergies).

Start your Columbia Gorge escape from the convenient luxury of Casa Maria. Located on the doorstep of the Gifford Pinchot, with easy access to wilderness and friendly small towns, this family-restored home-away-from-home is completely refurbished and so cozy you’ll want to extend your stay. ** Please note that Casa Maria is located on the side of Wind River rd, and you will hear local traffic and logging trucks driving by. **Also note that Maria is the upper unit of a duplex.

It's walking distance from a pizza place, Dairy Queen, coffee house and various other shops. 17min from Government Camp and minutes from numerous hiking trails. The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.
