Former Railroad Building Turned Downtown Loft

Look out northwards from the rooftop terrace to the Columbia River and Washington mountains, with trains occasionally rumbling by below. Fill the industrial-style interior of soaring ceilings and century-old pillars with the sounds of vintage vinyl. Please inform yourself on updates for Covid 19 in Hood River County prior to travel. License #678 Cool Industrial feel, cement floors, soaring ceilings, 100 year old brick and cement pillars. Modern yet cozy furnishings. There a record player with vintage vinyl. Gourmet kitchen. Fun, hip vibe, right in the middle of town. Walk to everything. The roof top deck is everyone’s favorite. Guests will have access to the entire loft. You'll have street parking permits as well as access to the garage to store bicycles and other important items. We don't provide access to the garage for automobiles due to the risk of providing garage door opener and tight corner for parking (you'll see what we mean). I’m here if you need me. Sense the industrial past of this location by the old train tracks in the center of downtown. Go for a run in the nearby waterfront park, with shops, restaurants, and breweries also nearby. Hit the ski slopes at Mount Hood, only 30 minutes away. Parking for our loft is best just right on the street. We offer meter passes for street parking. It is very important to remember to return these passes upon your departure so the next guests will also have free parking. There is a fine for losing or leaving with the parking passes and not returning them to the loft upon your check out. Walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and the Columbia River. Great cafes, breweries, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants just minutes away. Double Mountain Brewery and Full Sail Brewery are a block away.

Cute and Comfortable Hood River Studio

Cute west-side studio, close to downtown restaurants, shops, river, wineries, mountain biking and hiking trails. Easy 35 minute drive to Mt. Hood. Perfect for two adults or a family with children who wouldn't mind sharing a comfortable fold up mattress. Upstairs apartment has it's own private entrance with lockable space for equipment and gear. While cleanliness is always a priority, due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Downtown Studio with a Great Big River View

This studio is right downtown! Just a block to shops and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to the waterfront. The view from this studio is HUGE. Looking over the rooftops of downtown straight towards the spit, the 180 degree view extends west beyond the mouth of the White Salmon River, and east to the Hood River Bridge. Hood River OR Riverfront Timber Frame Studio Apt

Enjoy a quiet riverfront stay in the heart of the Hood River Valley. 500 sq ft apartment in a Craftsman timber-frame home with private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shared laundry, and the sound of the river, with some distant traffic noise from Tucker Road. Sit on the porch and relax watching the Hood River. Perfectly located for recreation or wine tasting, 40 mins. to skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, and 10 to downtown breweries. Rate includes 8% Hood River County room tax. Self check-in.

2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite, Private Entrance

Two bedroom/one bath guest suite with private entrance available in our home (we live upstairs). Park, walk down your own sidewalk to entry door. Kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and recently upgraded with a dishwasher, stovetop , and oven) stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Living and dining room area with futon couch and dining room table. Easy walk to Heights restaurants and bakery. 30 minute walk downtown through neighborhood or via Indian Creek Trail .

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Little Avalon

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

Relax in your private 1100 Sq ft walkout apartment with great views. A large bedroom with a queen bed and in the living room a queen size sofa bed. A full bathroom. Kitchenette that includes a fridge, toaster, microwave, induction hotplate, coffee maker. WIFI, two TVs with Netflix, Amazon and You tube etc. About an hours drive from Mount Hood and skiing/hiking areas. Walking distance from Wineries. Private entry from the rear of the house to golf coarse.

The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.
