Our Grade II listed duplex apartment is a one-of-kind chapel conversion renovated in 2023, located within stunning grounds, a slice of the Wizarding World! The mainline train station is a 5 min. walk with direct access to London Euston. You will find a smart TV, X-Box, fast broadband, work desk, board games, books, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, free parking and much more! The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Seven path labyrinth sits in our adjacent paddock. A tranquil setting. Chill out time!

It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people or longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.

On the edge of the South Downs National Park Alton is surrounded by beautiful countryside ideal for cycling and walking. The house has it's own private entrance, driveway parking and fast wifi, kitchen, restful living room, bright airy bedrooms and a stylish shower room.

Take a break in our luxurious penthouse. The enormous south-west facing balcony offers panoramic views of the sunset each evening, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day. The interior is bright and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that fill the space with natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the living room is outfitted with premium audio (Sonos) and TV for your entertainment.

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
