Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

Located close to the settlement, it's a short walk to Grabbers and the fabulous beach. The recently remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops and island, a farmhouse sink and gas stove. Bedrooms have king size beds and en suite baths. The yard is large with a fenced in area, wraparound deck, and a screened in front porch.

Bunk/pool house can be added for a separate sleeping area but keep in mind that the bathroom in the guest house will still need to be shared. Please inquire for rates to add bunkhouse.

This level also includes a guest bedroom w/ twin beds (can be made into King), & bathroom. On the second level, the master bedroom loft w/ NEW king bed and bathroom can house additional guests w/ a sleeper chair. Note: porch, pool, dock & laundry is shared.
