The beach house has 4 bedrooms (7 beds) and 4 baths, an infinity pool and hot tub. Spend your evenings and mornings on the pool deck or on our rooftop terrace. The terrace has a private tanning deck and pergola with a barbecue grill and small kitchen area.

Located on the beach at the South end of Hopkins, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation! The upper level bedroom has a king size bed while the lower level bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room boasts a fold out queen size Murphy bed making the home suitable for up to 6 guests. With AC throughout relax in comfort after a day of adventure. The upper level deck has amazing ocean views and wonderful breeze!

Deluxe Condo, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, Beach View

This spacious 2,000 sq. ft. villa offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and our 200-ft pier from a large private veranda. It features a full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, plus central AC, TV, internet, and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms for added comfort. Located on a peaceful beach, with warm ocean swimming and pool onsite. Easy access to snorkeling, fishing, and diving on the world's second longest barrier reef. River tours and nature tours are nearby. Restaurants and dining are nearby on the way to and in Hopkins Village which is known for the friendly local people. Our place is good for a range of guests from young to retired couples, families with children, and an ideal location for relaxing or adventuring.

Pool Side - Beach & Pool at your front door

Just a few steps to the pool & beach to swim or kayak - or go out your backdoor & take our free canoe with electric motor & tour the beautiful Sittee River - or have a massage at the end of the dock. Where else can you do all these things? Kayaks & Bicycles are provided. Small things can make your vacation special. My fiancée & I try to provide extras that you don't get anywhere else. This is our favorite house. It is where we stay when we are in Belize.
