Oak Tree Cottage is a barn conversion, beautifully renovated with wooden flooring, underfloor heating throughout and a double-height open plan living area. It is a cosy and comfortable base after a day exploring. Set near open countryside, but close to popular Lymington and just down the road from the beach at the friendly village Milford on Sea and Keyhaven saltmarshes.

Cosy, comfortable and luxurious shepherd's hut make this a unique getaway, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the village of Milford on Sea. Dogs welcome and dog secure. Comfy king-sized bed and shower room sit alongside the middle living space, with kitchen, dining area and seating, overlooking the private outdoor area. The garden area has relaxing chairs and dining table and enjoys the sun all day long. A gas BBQ is available to grill outside. A welcome package is also included on arrival

Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £20 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge and upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

Captains Retreat is a self contained, luxury one bedroom cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays down the entire high street. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina.

Situated in a semi-rural location at the end of a long gravel track but only a couple of miles away from the lovely town of Lymington.
