Located in the center of Main Street, on Mirror Lake, Below the Books, Beside the Lake is a lakefront, 2 BR, 1 bath. apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. Our lakeside cottage has great lake and mountain views. It is close to the public beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.
