Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

This apartment has a washing machine, flat-screen TV with streaming services, garden views, as well as chocolate for guests.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Annex has side gate access & is a completely separate building from the main house On arrival I provide milk and biscuits to help you settle in.
