Homestead in the Barrens offers a unique spacious executive country home. The beautiful farming scenery and peaceful surroundings is a restful retreat. Located 15 minutes from Mammoth Cave, 30 minutes to the Corvette museum in Bowling Green or stay local, 5 minutes to bourbon tasting Pickleball in Cave City, or Horse Cave attractions. We are known for being exceptionally clean so no pets please

Relax with the whole family at this cozy home. Enjoy lounging around inside or kick your feet up out back with a toasty bonfire. Take in the sunset while unwinding in the fresh country air. When ready for an adventure, explore the natural sites and attractions nearby. Canine companions are welcome—bring up to 2 potty-trained, well-behaved s/m sized dogs for a fee of $50 per stay per pet. This fee covers extra cleaning and fur removal. Please do not leave dog alone in the home without a crate.

For tourism, we are located approximately 25 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park; 20 minutes from Barren River State Park; 40 minutes from National Corvette Museum; and 45 minutes from the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace. It's very peaceful and relaxing.
