Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

Enjoy your time here in one of the most tranquil areas of Lake LBJ among beautiful mature Oak and Pecan trees and starry nights. Birds, deer, armadillos, and other wildlife visit here as well. A deck overlooks the lake with stairs that provide passage down to the water's edge for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing. You'll love it here!

There is ONLY ONE guest cabin on 26 acres with our Lake Travis shoreline in the distance. A pastoral sunrise view of deer across the field begins the day. Central A/C, smart tv, clawfoot tub/shower, queen cotton bedding, duvet and robes. Propane grill. See the night sky, Wildlife/flowers, birding, stars.

This waterfront condo is located in a private gated section of Horseshoe Bay just behind the Yacht Club, walking distance to Horseshoe Bay Resort (members only). It's the perfect getaway to spend time on the lake with family or friends. With 12 boat day slips and a new dock, you can pull your boat right up to the building for easy access to the condo. It’s also a perfect spot to fish right off the dock and swim in the constant level lake. Great neighbors who are friendly and welcoming.
