Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Comfy studio apt in safe & quiet neighborhood

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts. Covered parking, no frost on windows. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower with new hot water heater, plenty of hot water. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Stay in the heart of Kendall Yards in this stylish studio loft above Uprise Brewery! Walk to restaurants, shops, and the Centennial Trail. This cozy, open-concept space features a queen Murphy bed, full bath with walk-in shower, organic bedding, free WiFi, premium coffee, and local artwork by Ben Joyce. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Note: This unit is located above a brewery, so minimal noise may be heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.
