Welcome to Belton Acre, a large stylish house with ample parking is nestled between the Surrey Hills and South Downs. The beautiful countryside offers fantastic walking, cycling (road and mountain trails), kayaking and fishing. The house is perfect for families, weddings, business trips and wellness retreats. There are four double bedrooms and a twin room. The house has been designed to be highly accessible for wheel chair users with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite adapted wet room.

It retains its old character but has modern amenities and comfort with plenty of space. The large conservatory overlooks the pretty cottage garden with a secluded sitting area. The house is quiet despite being close to the A29 road and is 5 minutes walk from the station and Tesco and footpaths easily accessible. Beaches and Goodwood are within 20 minutes.

The cottage also provides spectacular views of the extended gardens, woods and paddocks.
