L'appartement est toutefois calme, lumineux avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. 3 chambres confortables , toutes équipées de lits doubles, d'espaces de rangement et dispose chacune d'une salle d'eau (douche + lavabo). Le séjour est équipé d'un canapé, une table basse, un espace pour les repas. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est équipée.

Located near rue de Bretagne and rue Charlot, with immediate access to the Picasso Museum and art galleries. This cozy 62 m² space was designed by our architects, C. Fequet and Atelier Tyzon, who preserved the soul of this former workspace of Oscar-winning Italian costume designer Franca Squarciapino. The apartment features high-end hotel-quality bedding.

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Fauteuil convertible en lit une place dans le salon (déplié, le lit fait 80cm x 190cm). Attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was one of the first harbors of the city.
