Snowmobilers-jump right on the trail from the property!

Well behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50.00 each

Seating outside, firepit (bring your own firewood), swingset and sandbox for little ones. Also has your very own bar & TV. FYI. Property is by the rail road tracks.

Connect your favorite apps. Part of a 160 acre private farm, there is plenty of room to wander and connect with the earth.

We are on The Mighty Mississippi River. Your backyard. You can sit on your porch, shade deck, sun deck or walk out to the dock and enjoy your morning brew. In the evening you can sit out on the dock and view a beautiful sunset. Eagles are visitors to the area, as well as Great Blue Herons, river otters, muskrats, and varieties of ducks.
