Please note that, as the cabin is located in the woods, it’s common to encounter wood bugs and occasional spider webs. These natural features are part of the environment and can be more noticeable during certain seasons.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Fish all day and enjoy the fire pit at night. Cabin 2 directly on the lake!

We have 3 cabins on Houston County Lake that rent separately. 1&2 have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft. The 3rd is a Studio. Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The guest room has a full-size bunk bed that can sleep 4. The loft has two twin beds in Cabin 1 and a queen mattress in Cabin 2. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. We also have a Roku TV and WIFI. We have a covered Pavilion with Pickleball, basketball, and other games.

'The Whacky Shack' Family Cabin w/ Fire Pit!

Designed for families or friends looking to relax and unplug along the water, 'The Whacky Shack,' a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental cabin offers serenity and entertainment on your Trinity getaway. Sway in the shady hammocks, spend the day boating out on Lake Livingston, and end the day gathered around the fire pit for storytelling and stargazing. Explore the trails of Sam Houston National Forest, enjoy a dip in the lake to travel to Goat Island, or plan a hunting trip to Wormy's Ranch.

Logan Springs Ranch

Logan Springs Ranch is 142 acres of trees, trails, creeks and springs. A beautiful property for hiking, fishing or just relaxing. The 2140 sq. ft. home sits on top of hill overlooking a 5 acre lake. The back deck and screened in porch offer wonderful views of the lake and property. Lake and 2 ponds for catch and release fishing. Trails throughout the property are great for hiking and exploring. The house has two master bedrooms, each with a private bath and very comfortable king size beds.

Located on a ranch in the beautiful rolling wooded hills of the East Texas , you have your own cabin retreat with all essentials, - a place to unplug from city life. EV plug. Put your feet up, relax, grab a cup of coffee, and grill ranch beef!. Enjoy PRIVATE LAKE FISHING off the dock or rent a boat! Fresh farm eggs, Wagyu meat and fresh garden vegetables in season and you never know what might be smoking in the smokehouse or for sale. LOTS of parking for trucks & construction equipment!

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Our Lake House is a DESTINATION! Nestled on 3 ACRES of water frontage property on Houston County Lake, it has everything you need for an exciting, adventure filled time for the whole family. From kayaking and fishing, to playing games outside, testing out your BBQ skills, or simply lounging in the sun with a good book, there's plenty for everyone to enjoy. Wake to stunning sunrises and end your evenings with stargazing by the fire.

Unplug, unwind, and breathe in the beauty of nature at our cozy lakefront cabin. Nestled among towering pines and perched right on the edge of a tranquil lake, this charming cabin is the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Sip your morning coffee on the large covered porch, take in the mirror-like water views, enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the porch and fall asleep to the sounds of nature.

"Charlie's Angels" Honoring Charlie's Office Staff

A historic home commemorating the life of Rep. Charlie Wilson, with spacious welcoming areas to relax and entertain, both indoors or outdoor patios. Located in the center of Trinity, you'll find easy access to Lake Livingston for water sport, multiple national forests for hunting and nature interests, and historic sights and places of interest abound locally and within easy driving distance.

Henry’s Houston County Lake

At Henry’s you will enjoy private dock access to Houston County Lake (Crockett, TX) — not to be confused with Lake Houston. Outdoor fire pit, grill, and kayaks make the perfect getaway for family and friends. Please note that Henry’s is not accessible, being there is a step onto the front/back porches and multiple levels of outside staircases leading to the dock.

Couples Getaway Cottage at Ratcliff Lake

Craving "ALONE" time? This is the place for you! This 900 square foot studio with a full width deck is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the East Texas Woods. Turn left out of the driveway and walk into the Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area where for a small fee you will find swimming, hiking, and picnicking.
