Guesthouse Palmstad in bosrijke omgeving

Als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek voor een paar dagen ertussen uit in het midden van het land, dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres. Wij bieden een klein maar fijn tuinhuisje (26m2) waar je in privacy kunt genieten van de rust. Het huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals vloerverwarming, 2 fietsen, privetuintje, en een héérlijke douche. En dat in de bosrijke omgeving. Knus, comfortabel, goed bereikbaar &prima WiFi Huisdieren zijn welkom. We rekenen €15,- voor extra schoonmaawerk.

Special upper house from 1934 in a quiet street in the beautiful old city center of Utrecht. Enjoy the many cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, stroll along the canals and admire the Dom. Utrecht is a city with a lot to do and where you can wander through alleys and streets. That is easy to do from this house. A walk to the central station takes ten minutes, the entire city center is within walking distance. The house has a roof terrace with a view over the old city.

Prachtige mini (kleine) loft nabij Utrecht

Ruime loft een lichte en toch knusse kamer midden in de natuur, maar toch nabij Utrecht, Amsterdam en centraal gelegen midden in het land, je bent welkom! Deze ruimte is geschikt voor een gezin(papa en mama en twee kleinere kinderen (12-14 jaar) of maximaal 3 volwassene. Er zijn twee aparte bedden, en een stapelbed. Het stapel bed staat in een apart kamertje. We hebben meerdere studio‘s. De studio‘s zitten op een boerenerf. Dit is een onderdeel van een groter gebouw/aanbouw.

Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, Uithof Science Park, Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within a walking distance. Station Driebergen-zeist is just 5 min by bus . Also close to the central highway (A12).

( 2de matras voor korte periode is, indien gewenst, beschikbaar ) Badkamer : douche, wc , wastafel. Er is een eigen terrasje. Verhuur voor langere periode is mogelijk. Parkeren gratis

Looking outside the livingroom shows a unique view on Sterkenburg castle. The house is surrounded by a big garden. Because of its central position this is a ideal region for day trips.
