A peaceful, spacious, fully self-contained oasis for an Island retreat. Wake to the sound of native birds in this light and airy, 2021-built, two-bedroom home surrounded by nikau & pohutukawa forest. Soak in the sun with north-facing living & deck. Open-plan wood floors & stylish contemporary décor with a touch of Bali. Palm Beach is the ideal Waiheke location, only 10 min drive from the ferry and a short 5-7 min stroll downhill to pristine Palm Beach and the local dairy and restaurant.

A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Mellons Bay Retreat

Welcome to our little slice of paradise. Charming, bohemian style studio nestled downstairs on the bottom level with your own entrance. Enjoy waking up and hearing the tuis sing, put your walking shoes on and take a stroll through the bush to Mellons Bay Beach. The Main Street of Howick is just 5mins drive away where you can access local restaurants and pubs, the Monterey Movie Cinema and a boutique shopping experience.

The Artist’s Gatehouse: Short stays in style

Romantic, private and comfortable, the Artist’s Gatehouse is perfectly suited for your short Waiheke break. The main wedding venues and most of the island’s wineries are within easy striking distance. Overlooking Oneroa village and with a peak of the sea, the Gatehouse is a short stroll to beautiful Little Oneroa beach. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to Oneroa's cafes, shops, bars and beach.
