Fully stocked kitchen with plates, pans, silverware and assorted small electrics as well as microwave, pizza oven, and stove and full size fridge. Living space includes table, couch, and chairs for seating. New mini split.

In addition to ATV and 4 wheeling trails nearby. You have a private dock to use if you want to bring your canoe/kayak and enjoy miles of river to see wildlife or just relax. We are close to multiple boat launches !

Hike the miles of public land in the area, bird watch or get into the water. If fishing is your thing, the lake is teeming with Northern Pike and Crappies.
