The Nice Tent

The nice tent is the place to go when you want to get immersed in nature but not wake up with a backache. A queen sized bed with bedding, CLEAN composting toilet, shower, kitchen, woodstove, and fire pit are all available for you. All you need are the clothes on your back, some food, and maybe a swimsuit to hit the local beaches. You're not packed right next to another tent and there's enough silence that you can hear the seals singing in the fall. Come see what you didn't know you were missing.

Gifford Island Getaway - Just You and Nature

The Perch at Owl's Hollow is a private tenting site surrounded by forest directly on Tupper Lake and is accessed by a walk-in trail. You'll have your own tenting platform 10' up a old growth pine tree with a sitting deck underneath complete with hanging chairs. There are also two groundlevel tent pads and a grove of mature pine trees perfect for tent hammocks. Grab your camp gear and spend some time at The Perch lakeside!

Sustainable Hill Black Bell Tent

Our striking all black bell tent offers the ultimate glamping sleep—dark, cozy, and oh-so-restful. Battery-powered mood lighting sets a warm, ambient tone for evenings under the stars. Inside, you'll find a comfy queen bed and two single cots, with room for extra sleeping bags if needed. Perfect for families or couples looking for a unique and restful getaway in nature.

Our tenting area has 4 sites around a shared center area, with parking just steps away. Great for groups. Each site has a grass spot to pitch the tent and a small gravel area. Outhouse near by and outside shower available Get away from it all when you stay under the stars.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. For your conviniece we offer outdoor shower outhouse and outdoor kitchen with BBQ , fire pit ,access to water and basic cooking things. Tent is above ground with actual double bed .
