The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal. It is perfect for all seasons and located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, groceries. New Paltz, Woodstock, Minnewaska, Mohonk Preserves, Shawangunk Ridge are all within the short 20 min drive.

The home is located in "CATSKILL PARK", only five mile away from the #1 most visited state park in New York, "NORTH SOUTH LAKE" where you can camp, picnic, hike, swim, sail, canoe, kayak or just experience the beautiful view of the "CATSKILL MOUNTAINS". The apartment is very spacious, secluded and safe with plenty of room for children to play. We have enjoyed this area most of our life's and have raised our kids up here, so I am sure you will too! We have 2 lovable pups that live on site.

DeMew Townhouse is beautiful duplex apartment located in a renovated 1850s building overlooking Hideaway Marina in the Rondout district of Kingston. The building boats a rich history: the main floor of the building served as a speakeasy during Prohibition. It has hand rubbed oak floors, a renovated kitchen and bath and 14 windows providing views of the Rondout. With a spacious open plan, the DeMew Townhouse is the perfect location from which to explore Kingston and the Hudson Valley.

The Casita is a studio apartment comfortable for solo travellers, couples or just two folks who don't mind sharing a bed! We’ve endeavored to make it a comfortable stay for a weekend or even longer, with all basic amenities, a queen size bed, standing shower bathroom, and kitchenette. Although it is an apartment on the ground floor of my house, you will have your privacy with a separate entrance off of the driveway which is for guest use during the stay.

A one minute drive to Hunter Mountain or 10 minute (1500 foot :) walk! This cozy, newly renovated apartment is ideal for a small family or group of 4. One bedroom with a queen bed, spacious living room with a futon, bathroom, and kitchenette with dining area. This arrangement is very much like a 2 family home and this is the lower level. We recently installed security cameras on the OUTSIDE. If this is a problem for you please let us know asap.
