'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. There's a BBQ on your own outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the glorious view of the sun setting over the vineyard. Perfect as a place to relax & unwind, watching the wallabies, sunset or endless views from the balcony or lookouts. The cabin is a modern open plan studio cabin that sleeps up to 3 in comfort. Conmurra is 67 ha (167 acres). Walk or bike along 4km of tracks & trails or take a guided sunset wildlife walk ($50 value) to see endangered animals in our wildlife sanctuary. Our clean, modern cabin is situated in gorgeous bushland, near the Conmurra Homestead & just 15 mins from Bathurst.
