This newly updated LUXURY cabin is the perfect space for a family vacation or reunion. The highlight of the house is the huge custom kitchen and large great room. The bedrooms are perfect for multiple families with privacy and nearly attached baths for each "family area". Located 10 +/- minutes from 7 Points Marina and downtown Huntingdon, the location is ideal. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are stocked with everything you need - linens, towels and lots of extras- less packing for you.

NEW CUSTOM KITCHEN Coming 2026!!! Quiet cabin located on a private mountain road. Very spacious with 3 floors and 5 bedrooms with a lot to do. Bring the whole family we can sleep up to 10 people. We are close to Lake Raystown Resort, Trough Creek State Park, Allegrippas Bike Trail, Juniata College, Penn State University, Lincoln Caverns and 1,000 Steps. Close to various boat launches and there is space to pull in and park a boat. Large wrap around deck with patio furniture and a fire pit.

The cabin is the closest you can get to 7 Points Marina and Beach, hiking/biking trails, seasonal BBQ Restaurant and seasonal Bait & Grocery Store. We are less than one hour from PSU. It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

The cabin is nestled in a copse of sassafras and white pines behind our art studio and greenhouses, accessible by path (apprx. 100 ft.) from the parking at the art studio. Disconnect and detox from the digital jungle, relax on the porch, read a book, write a letter, play classic board games, listen to records, or explore local attractions such as Cowan's Gap State Park or the EBT.
