Directly across from Hullet Provincial Wildlife area which has 2200 hectares and 12 different public walking trails, lots of connecting snowmobile trails, birdwatching, canoeing and hunting. Both properties are along the South Maitland river and the Atlantic and Mississippi flyways. There are many craft beer breweries and wineries in the area. We are 25 minutes away from Goderich, the prettiest town in Canada and it's 3 beaches along the Lake Huron shoreline. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

This is a very clean and bright 1 bedroom basement apartment with your own living room ,bathroom and kitchen nook (no cookstove or kitchen sink) . We do live upstairs so if you need anything we are close by. There is a big yard for you to enjoy and gazebo. Lot's of parking. We have a lot of guest's visiting Grand Bend ..it is 26 km from our house (25 Minute Drive) . Come see what small town living feels like.
