Come visit the beautiful historic town of Bayfield and stay in our very chic family friendly cottage by the lake, affectionally known as the Sugar Shack. Just a one-min walk to the beach and a short stroll or bike ride to the village square where you can enjoy local shops and restaurants. Cozy up and enjoy family time with some arcade games & vinyl, BBQ on the patio, relax in the plug and play hot tub, watch the kids play on the playset or light the campfire and enjoy the starry nights.

Relax with the family lakeside and among the cedars at this peaceful A-frame retreat on the shoreline of Lake Huron. The door opens up into a large living room and kitchen with a 180 degree view of the lake. An 8-foot island surrounded by bar stools anchors the kitchen. Watch the famous Lake Huron sunsets while having a meal or soaking in the hot tub. Our front is a rocky beach with a fire pit. We swim here with our water shoes. The sandy beach is a 2 mins drive or a 5-10 min bike ride.

Our Guest House (690 sq. ft.) with 12 foot ceilings is filled with all the conveniences. Imagine being able to walk in a few minutes to the historic downtown shopping square, restaurants, Lake Huron, concert venues, recreational trails... Your retreat has WiFi, TV, kitchen, large convection oven, French Press for coffee, radiant heating on the floor, air conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable workspace and free parking.
