There are no stairs. It is new, as of September 2020. Living area has a comfortable couch, table and chairs. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor light above the wide sidewalk to the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community.
