Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cozy one bedroom cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Complex/Arena, Planet Fitness and the Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to the Kansas State Fairgrounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guest of all backgrounds. We will however not book to people who live in Hutchinson Ks and are booking for themselves.

The Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Come stay at The Farm at Yoder!

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Now featuring Cable TV in addition to other streaming services! This home is so comfortable and your stay will be worth it for the lake views alone but this home also boasts new reclining couches, 1 king and 2 queen size memory foam beds, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, a great basement for entertainment and games, 65 inch smart tvs, plus an incredible outdoor and deck area with grill, surrounded by a fenced yard and water!

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate two additional guests if you're willing to squeeze. Crib available upon request. The location is in our backyard. We live on the same property. Check out the companion property we also host-- The Little House.

Hanks House

Adorable two bedroom house in amazing central location. Near Main Street, the Kansas State Fairgrounds and not far from Hutchinson Community College. Within walking distance of several local restaurants. This home is a perfect place to come to take a break and hear yourself think again. There is a quiet, secluded backyard and plenty of space inside to study or write. We welcome everyone!

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.

Cozy Green Cottage

The Cozy Green Cottage is the perfect place for a serene, comfy and clean home away from home. Entire home has been renovated and includes a fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Open LR and DR. Large shower, granite counters and cozy comfortable beds. There is a 2 night for all major holidays, Kansas State fair and NJCAA basketball tournament.

Boxcar #1 The Santa Fe

Have you ever slept in a boxcar? now's your chance! A Santa Fe Traincar, built in 1941, recently (2020) converted into a unique, comfortable and modern guesthouse ready for you to experience! located just 5 minutes south of the quaint little town of Yoder, 10 minutes from South Hutchinson, and only 30 minutes from Wichita!
