Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This was the home that my brother and I grew up in. This house was built with love by our Mom and Dad. We hope you can feel the warmth and love we did growing up there. We are located 1 mile from Mattamuskeet Lake, about 20 mins from the Ferry in Swan Quarter that takes you to the Island of Ocracoke. We are also 20 minutes from State Boat Acesses. If you want a Beach Day,we are only 1 hour 15 mins for the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Southern coastal living at it's best! A true escape from society's demands directly on the Intracoastal waterway. Cozy & Private 1 bedroom 1 bath carriage house located on 15 acres between the Pamlico Sound and Goose Creek State Park. Enjoy the panoramic views from your private balcony. Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. The large spacious interior comfortably sleeps a group of 2 or as many as 10. Outdoor dining with gas grill and roomy decks. Reconnect with nature and disconnect from the world for a while.

The house is near the riverfront town of Belhaven, that offers restaurants and public boat ramp options that provide access to the Pungo River and Pamlico Sound. The house is a short drive to Bell Island Swan Quarter Fishing Pier.

Swan Quarter is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Inside, you'll find a soothing atmosphere with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds to ensure a tranquil night's sleep. Enjoy the pleasant living space with amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, AC, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer in the house also. Kitchen is fully equipped. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay.

Whether you’re traveling to hunt, fish, or simply escape from daily life, make ‘The Boathouse’ your next home away from home. The Boathouse is recently renovated and well equipped. It offers on-site access to the Pungo River and Intracoastal Waterway. Sip your morning coffee on the deck or patio, then utilize the private boat ramp and head out on the water. Following your outdoor adventure, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and relish a beautiful sunset.

Centrally located 10 mins from Lake Mattamuskeet, 5 mins from Ferry Station to Ocracoke Island, 1 hr to OBX. Perfect for hunters, fishermen, birding and families looking for a comfortable place to relax with a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Stop for a few nights on the way to OBX or to catch the ferry. Dogs are NOT allowed any longer, but message me requests and I may consider pets outside or in enclosed porch with PRIOR approval and guidelines.

After spending the day at the beach, surround yourself with the beauty and splendor of this enchanting Cabana on Ocracoke Island. The shared swimming pool is 14' x 28' (available from mid April -mid October from dawn to dusk for registered renters of the Cabanas) creating a haven for rejuvenation and tranquility.
