Enjoy a modern scandi-coastal mix of design with 3 large bedrooms, separate "snug" with luxury sofa bed, 2 high spec bathrooms, a large open plan lounge and dining room, downstairs toilet and well-equipped kitchen. The Hut The living area incorporates a super-king size bed with comfortable foam topper. Bedside table/drawers, a wardrobe and fold away table with two chairs. An efficient wall-mounted oil heater keeps the space cosy and warm in the cooler times of the year. A compact kitchen area includes crockery and cutlery, a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with wc, shower and basin. Parking: a large drive will provide space for one car or small camper van, EV charger. Wi-Fi & USB Points.

The Loft a compact private residence tucked away

The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you should require. Situated in the small town of Hythe it’s a short walk to shops pubs and restaurants . The accommodation Sleeps up to four with a double bed and large day bed . Facilities include wet room sleeping/living and kitchen facilities. There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Annexe with Sea View, Private Entrance & Parking

This bijou annexe is cute, quirky and has everything you need for a visit to the Creative Folkestone Music Town. With its own private entrance the annexe has a lower small double bed and an upper small cabin double bed which is great for little people.  The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin and you will have clean towels and toiletries.  The sun room is a little gem of a place to sit and soak up the views of The English Channel and on clear days you can see France. Free parking

Cosy, comfortable & bright house with great sea views. Nestled away in the quiet area of upper Seabrook, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach. Newly decorated with contemporary, stylish furnishings offering you all your home from home comforts. There's also a good sized, totally enclosed rear garden along with a lovely front patio area with wonderful sea-views, perfect for those summer evening sundowners! There's plenty of off-street parking and storage for bikes etc in a small garage.

Local amenities within walking distance include; three pubs, local supermarkets, hairdressers and cafe. Hythe seafront is also only a short drive away.

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6. Fast wifi and virgin TV, a large collection of DVD titles.

Cosy Garden Cottage with sea views

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
