It has a great location, just a 5 minute -walk away from the town center (Unirea Square) and IRO Institute, 10 minute-walk away from Cuza University and close to Copou Park. Also, in the near vicinity there are some famous restaurants, like "La Conac", "Oscar" and "Corrido".
