The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando a los principales sitios, aunque hay múltiples conexiones con metro, bus y taxi a escasos metros del apartamento .... incluso para ir a la Feria de Congresos Si usted camina 10 / 15 minutos llegará a : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, varias zonas shoping ..... El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. Prohibido invitar personas al apartamento que no hayan sido previamente identificadas en el check-in. El número de ocupantes tiene que coincidir con lo contratado en la reserva de AIRBNB. Uma Villa de montanha construída à mais de 100 anos , implantada sobre uma imponente rocha com uma envolvente única e uma vista de cortar a respiração sobre o mar a cidade , Cascais e a montanha onde está inserida . A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

The property is located just 600 meters away from the famous Praça do Comércio. The area is home to monuments, museums, and restaurants. Walk along the river Tejo nearby and settle in to one of its many cafes. The metro station (Baixa/Chiado) is just 800m away and you have the public elevators (50 m away from our apartment. Supermarket and Public Parking is just around the corner, so are many restaurants, cafes and sightseeing venues, nevertheless it is a little quiet street where our apartment is located. A perfect spot for a wonderful stay!

No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.
