A cosy 75m2 house , on the beach front of Faros , a quiet coastal village , very close to the airport. Ideal for families or couples that seek relaxing holidays , without stress . It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

This house located within a five minute walk from the city capital of Agios Kirikos offers unobstructed views to the newly built Marina, Port and the City. Build at the edge of a cliff and surrounded by its private garden ensures your privacy and peace. Its a 10 Km distance from the Airport and within a 10 minute walk from the Thermal Springs of Therma. There's also a nice private beach nearby called Prioni. This house is a guarantee that your vacation will be more memorable.

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε λιγότερο απο 1 λεπτό. Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 100m από το σπίτι. Ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Right on the beach. Studio, w 3 comfortable new beds and a pentry, WC and shower. Large ocean front terrace and balcony. Situated on the lovely Kampos beach, right by the ocean. The studio is 40 square meters. Walking distance to nice tavernas and restaurants. Painted inside and outside 2025. New doors and windows 2025. On the north side of the island that is most popular and where you find the best beaches, restaurants etc.

Το πέτρινο βρίσκεται στο χωριό κάμπος λίγα λεπτά από το λιμάνι ΕΥΔΗΛΟΣ (2 χιλιόμετρα ) και με την κοντινότερη παραλία μόλις ένα ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μακρυά Στο πέτρινο ξεχωρίζει η μεγάλη αυλή η οποία μπορεί να αξιοποιηθεί όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας από το πρωί στην πλευρά της παραλίας για ένα πρωινό με θέα καθώς και τις απογευματινές ώρες στο εξωτερικό σαλόνι για πανοραμική θέα του Αιγαίου με τα ωραία χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος.

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.

Traditional stone made house of Ikaria, located at the beach of Kampos village. The house contains a double and a single bedroom surrounding a patio. There is an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, oven and small electrical appliances. The house is suitable for three persons with potentiality for one more guest in the double bedroom. The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.

Freshly refurbished apartment in Armenistis, located in the back side of the village and meters away from the island´s lighthouse. Supermarket, restaurants and everything you may need are in walking distance. Wifi, air condition and a fully equipped kitchen are making this a perfect vacation place. As my family has there own gardens and chicken, we will supply with some fresh goodies to accompany your meals.

Welcome to Nina’s House, a bright and whitewashed house, just a short walk from the beach! This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. The lovely courtyard is perfect for catching magical sunsets. Come hang out and enjoy some happy, loving moments in a place made with lots of care!

Το studio βρίσκεται 15μ από την παραλία του Καραβοστάμου. Είναι δίπλα σε μαγαζιά όπως μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο,ταβέρνες,καφέ και μπάρ. Το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. Διαθέτει 2 μονά κρεβάτια και είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια αλλά και φίλους.Το μπαλκόνι στις φωτογραφίες αποτελεί κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι μεταξύ τον δύο δωματίων μου και βρίσκεται στα 2 μέτρα απόστασης απο το κατάλυμα
