The bathroom w bath tub is under the roof (shower under 170 cm) and sitting toilet.

Horses are in the environment and also other Icelandic domestic animals.

With two balconies, a walk-in shower, multiroom speakers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable king-size bed, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay in this peaceful neighborhood. I've changed the setup a bit in the living room, nothing serious, just made it more comfortable (re-arranged sofa, projector, shelf etc.).
